PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION ON PUBLIC HEARING – 8:00 P.M. NO. 1 ACTION ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BUILDING ZONE REGULATIONS, SECTION 4.19.7.D, TO MODIFY THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE (ASDRC) MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS.

5(d) Discussion and possible action concerning an appropriation and transfer of $95,542.58 from the Capital Reserve Fund Balance to the Capital Improvements Project Fund – Traffic Calming through the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Grant (refer to Board of Finance; set public hearing).
