Edward Boice of 346 Manchester Road zone RR is requesting a special exception to section 8.2b for the purpose of replacing an existing deck (5ft x 20ft) with a new deck (10ft x 28ft). The new deck will be in the same location but, slightly larger than the old deck, both decks are entirely outside the Front Building line albeit behind the house. The new deck is no more non-conforming than the original deck.
